Visa Global Customer Assistance Operations (GCAS) Operations supports cardholders globally by providing emergency card replacement, emergency cash disbursement, fraud reporting and assisting in a variety of general questions via voice, email and live chat channels. GCAS operates globally in more than 30 languages.
